So, I am going to see if I can drink a gallon of water a day…..
I noticed that my water intake truly sucks. I mean, I drink a lot of water, but I still don’t think it’s enough. I try to stay as hydrated as possible though, as a means to detox and prevent dehydration. I just don’t think I get in enough water.
I have seen so many other numbers, that represent how many ounces of water you should put in a day. I figure the best way is for me to just drink a gallon or more a day and see what happens. I am going to TRY (main word being try) to cut back to one can soda a day. I am not going to sit here and say I will quit soda cold turkey, so I am going to go for a more reasonable goal; 1 can a day. I drink juice (maybe 2 cups, if that) maybe every other day and it is usually the Simply Lemonade brand, because it is not from concentrate. I am also adding a cup of tea in the morning (Yogi caramel apple spice slim life).
Let’s see if I can drink my first gallon and go from there….lol
