So, I must admit that I was beginning to get a little discouraged once I realized my body had plateaued AGAIN, at a weight that I was not pleased with. What really made it sting was when I looked at my husband’s before and after pics from this time last year to now. It made me feel like men really sucked. I work my ass off in the gym, just as hard or if not harder than him sometimes, and his weight is just falling off; meanwhile, mine is stuck to me like glue. I decided that enough was enough, and I am going to buckle down and do some research and figure out what I need to do to make my body match the effort I’m putting out.
